Incorrect Adresses

If your order is returned to the sender for a mistake in the address, a refund will be issued once/if the product returns to our warehouse. We will not refund the shipping cost. If you wish to attempt a second shipment, we will need to be reimbursed for the shipping fee and provide a valid address before we attempt to reship.


Please give us one week to ship out your order via USPS Priority Mail. All items are ready to order, but it takes time to correctly pack and ship your order. We want to make sure your items arrive as expected and undamaged.

All orders are placed through USPS and orders can not be placed outside of the 50 states. Once we hand off your order to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible. We will do our best to locate lost orders, but we can only access the same tracking information as the customer. If the shipping carrier loses your package, we will reship the product free of charge. However, at that point, the customer will forfeit the right to a refund, regardless of the shipping carrier's losses in the second attempted shipment.
