FAQ
There will be no harsh chemical smells. However, some of the chemicals used do leave pleasant odors like oranges, cherries, and lemons. We also leave an air freshener to keep your car smelling good. If you really like them, pick some up in the shop!
Each service has a estimated time it will take when you select it. Keep in mid this is an estimate, but generally the time taken will be within 30 minutes of the displayed time.
While mistakes are unlikely, they can occur. As a result we carry general business insurance with a garage keepers policy. If something does go wrong, we have your back.
After filling out the appointment form, we will reach out to you confirming the services you selected and the final price (If the information prior to arrival is accurate). On the appointment date we will drive to your address and notify you on departure to your address. On arrival, we will begin to set up so we can work!
We currently accept debit, credit, cash and venmo. If you are paying with a debit or credit card, there will be a 3% surcharge, you can thank the credit card company for that...

We don't list every type of vehicle out there to reduce the number of options. If you can't find your vehicle feel free to call or text 414-788-2909 to get accurate pricing.
We ask for reviews on our services because it lets us know if we are delivering quality results! We want you to be happy with your purchase and feedback is the best way for us to get that information, as well as improve our operations.
When you request an appointment online, you have to fill out a form with some personal information such as name, email, address, and phone number. We want you to feel safe giving us that information and give you the knowledge of what we do with it. We also have analytics on our website to improve our processes as people use it, and so it's important for you as the user to be aware of that.
Drive through washes are great for their convenience, it takes a few minutes and your car will be nice and clean. Drive through washes will lightly scratch your paint, and over time it will cause the clear coat to look vastly diminished making your car appear dull. With our detailing services you're saving your car from looking diminished by taking care of it properly. With mobile detailing the only negative to it compared to a drive through wash would be the cost.
We price our services based on what the body style of your car (e.g. Truck, Sedan, SUV) and how long the service will take on average. Keep in mid that while the times are estimated for each service, they will not affect what we charge you for the services. You will only be charged based on the cars you want work done on.
