Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items not in the original condition are subject to a partial refund.

For faster processing times, please include your order number from your confirmation email and the reason for returning the item.

To make returns as simple as possible, we will provide you with a prepaid USPS shipping label for returning your package. This cost will automatically be deducted from your refund amount.

As the customer, you are responsible for repackaging and dropping off the items you are returning.
All returns must be dropped off at a USPS within 28 days of initiating a return.

We will notify via email, text, or call once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. No refunds can be made after 30 days from the order's delivery date.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift cards
Perishable Items (Such as an opened air freshener)

Exchanges
